Singh's Kitchen Policies

  • New Orders: We accept new orders until 5pm a day before you need the meal.
  • Modifications: Please notify us by 5pm a day before about any changes such as delivery address, meal preferences, plan change, or cancellations.
  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Clients on a 24 meals plan will receive 2 same meals together on Fridays. No deliveries on weekends.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel before your monthly subscription ends, you will be charged per day trial meal price plus any customization cost. Refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
  • Cancellation Adjustments: We allow a maximum of 5 cancellations to be adjusted and carried forward for monthly subscriptions only. No adjustments are provided for weekly or 12-meal plans.
  • Holiday Closures: Singh's Kitchen Tiffin Service remains closed on all long weekends and during the last week of December. Meals missed during these days will be carried forward.
