Terms and Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

New Orders

New orders will be accepted until 5 PM, a day before delivery.

Modifications and Cancellations

Any modifications regarding delivery address, changes in meals, or cancellation of meals will not be entertained after 5 PM, a day before.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday.

24 Meals Plan

Any client seeking the 24 meals plan will be provided with 2 same meals together on Fridays as we don’t deliver on the weekends.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before the monthly subscription ends, the client will be charged the per-day trial meal price. Any amount remaining will be refunded in 2 weeks.

Cancellation Adjustments

A maximum of 5 cancellations from the client’s end are adjusted and carried forward for monthly plans.

Weekly or 12 Meals Plans

No meal adjustments are allowed for weekly or 12 meals plans.
